Spaces of AREAi

Key functional zones include high-rise duplex apartments, hotels, retail spaces, and kindergardens, strategically positioned to balance activity levels and environmental comfort. A transportation study led to the development of a low-car district, prioritizing bicycle traffic while maintaining essential parking for visitors. Additionally, the project integrates sustainable design principles by optimizing sunlight exposure, reducing noise impact, and incorporating renewable energy solutions like rooftop solar panels.
